Mithaas gift cards can be purchased in any denomination. There are no presets, minimums or maximums.
Q: Where may I use my Mithaas gift card?
Our gift cards may be used at any of our Mithaas and at Moghul Express locations.
Q. Can you ship mithaai during warm weather or to warmer parts of the country like Florida and California?
Yes, we absolutely can ship Mithaai during warm weather and to warm climates in the U.S. all year long.
Q. Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the United States?
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not ship outside the United States.
Q. Do you offer same-day shipping?
At this time, we do not offer same-day shipping.
Q. What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Federal Express to deliver all other packages.
Q. Can I use my own Federal Express Number to ship my order?
We are not currently able to charge shipments to other Federal Express account numbers.
Q. Can I order a box of all of one piece or select the pieces I want in the box?
We do offer this service online, with our ‘Make your own box’ option Mithaas is able to assist you in creating and customizing your own assortments. You can choose a maximum of 4 varieties in one box.
Q. Will I receive an order confirmation?
An order receipt will be sent to your email address immediately after placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and order total. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all addresses, items and arrival dates are correct. If you need to make any changes to your order, contact Customer Care email@example.com or 1-732-947-3014.
Q. Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation including the tracking number for each shipment.
Q. How long will Mithaas mithaai keep their fresh taste?
Mithaas mithaai will stay fresh tasting at room temperature for up to a week*, as long as they are kept away from heat and humidity. Specifically, the temperature should not exceed 70 degrees Fahrenheit and the relative humidity should remain below 60%.
(* Depends on the variety you choose. We recommend you keep it refrigerated and defrost it a bit in a microwave or leave it outside at room temperature for an hour before serving or consuming.)
Q. Does your mithaai contain dairy products?
ALL of our mithaai’s may contain dairy or milk products. Any person with a dairy allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Q. Does your mithai contain nuts?
ALL of our products may contain nuts and/or peanuts. Any person with a nut allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products .
Q. Does your mithaai contain gluten?
ALL of our products may contain gluten. Any person with a gluten allergy should NOT consume ANY of our products.
Q. How far in advance should I place my favor order?
We recommend that you place your order about 8 to 10 weeks before the event and select a delivery date of 2-3 days prior to the event. Store the favors in a cool, dark place – 70 degrees or cooler. Do not store them in the climate-controlled packaging that they are shipped in as the mithaai’s are fragile and may absorb an odor from the packing material.

Q. What customization or personalization options are available?
We offer custom boxes, platters, trays, boxes and wedding favors. A minimum quantity of 50 units and lead time of four weeks are required. Call us on 1-732-947-3014 to discuss.
